Beta 0.2.1
In this Beta-version we added a new element into the game: Explosions. They deal area damage and are used in our bomb trap and in beta 0.2.2 we used them again for the bomb-tower. They take all Enemies in their range and hits them. The bomb trap will be triggered on contact with any enemy.
We also added many more Achievements and added a Multiwave-system that allows different kinds of enemies to use different paths in the level. For example, the water-enemy or the flying-enemy.
We also added many new sounds and with them new Settings for Audio, locked Levels if the one before wasn’t finished already and put a completely new system in place to target an enemy. It uses more than 50% less code and can handle the Multiwave-system, so that different towers target different enemies.
Also there is a new underground-enemy, that crawls underground and can only be killed with a new stomping tower that we also added.
Lastly we did some things to improve the aesthetic of our game and added new tree-sprites and most importantly rain and thunderstorm to give some levels a different appeal.
Lastly, we added an interactive credit-screen to let players know who made everything in the game.
